Personal Information
At premiumgin.dk we only collect general personal data on our customers. The information/personal data is treated confidentially, and can e.g. be:
- Name
- Address
- Company Name
- Tel. no.
- Alternative living. address
- EAN/CVR no.
Personal data is collected via the checkout flow in the premiumgin.dk webshop, or when the customer signs up for the newsletter at premiumgin.dk or via the registration form on Facebook and social media. The customer gives consent by actively completing a separate check box.
The information is collected with the aim of being able to use it for marketing purposes, such as offers, invitations, news etc., typically in the form of e-mails.
All employees of SA Premium IVS and business partners with whom a data processing agreement has been made have access to the information.
The information is stored in Hubspot, mail system (Office365) and webshop (shopify).
If a customer has not been active for 12 months, personal data will be deleted. Active means receiving a newsletter or shopping on the webshop.
The data subject can at any time contact the data controller at SA Premium IVS e-mail: info@sapremium.dk, phone number: 60511618 and gain insight into how data is processed and can at any time correct, delete and remain " forgotten" if desired.
In the event of a breach of data security, the GDPR officer at SA Premium IVS will identify the problem and within 72 hours contact the Danish Data Protection Authority with a risk assessment that describes the problem and contact the data subjects for whom the breach may have consequences.
